Files
Expected Result
Excel Spreadsheet:
A pop-up instructing you that the file contains macros should appear.
We recommend that you enable Excel macros for this product.
Your system may automatically open a spreadsheet with macros disabled.
Please consult the MS Excel Help file or your IT Administrator to see how to enable macros.
Adobe Acrobat:
A PDF document containing the following text should open:
‘Sample Adobe Acrobat Pdf document’
If you cannot open the file, it is likely that Acrobat Reader is not installed on your browser.

Flash:
An animation with the following text should open:
‘Sample Flash File’
If the animation does not open, the reasons could be that:
1. Flash is not installed on your browser. Check in the table above under “Your Computer Settings” whether Flash is enabled.
If not, click here to download Macromedia Flash Reader or contact your IT Administrator.
2. Your firewall does not allow Flash. If Flash is enabled but you cannot see the animation, it is likely that your
security policy does not allow Flash. We recommend you contact your IT Administrator.
